Crystal wants to know HOW YOU cope with a bad day, much better than she does, she hopes.

Well as not many people actually answered the question last time, I'm going to ask it of YOU, don't worry about me, I'm interested in how YOU are feeling.
Why is it that Monday can be such a troubled and tiring day.
To-day I ended up dealing with people and issues that really were nothing to do with my position or my duties, how this came about I really don't know, I suspect they got fobbed off on to me my males who should more rightly have been doing these things but they thought I, being a female would be more suitable instead of them coming to grips with all their duties.
I'm not going to get caught like this again.
They need to go to Human Resources or some other more suitable area and if any of them front up again, no matter who has sent them, I shall send them packing and if I ever experience another day like to-day, I'll give face ache some of my direct, hit below the belt views, in the nicest possible way of course, and still, as females, no matter who we are we are regarded as and treated like second class citizens. Well, not this girl, let me tell you.
I got really caught today, as you do.
Anyway by the time I got home I was 'pooped', I just put my feet up and my darling Tinkerbelle came and comforted me.
Tell me "how do working women cope with their day's work "? and then go home and look after a family, I can't even look after myself and it takes Tinkerbelle to look after me. - A CAT.
I just don't think I and domestic harmony go together even when the only one I have to harmonize with is myself.
When I recovered I took a very long shower, lay down on the lounge, closed my eyes and fell asleep, hunger didn't even get a look in.
Fortunately I did not sleep long and when I got up all I could manage was a frozen meal from the supermarket ( warmed up of course) and generally I avoid that sort of food like the plague.
So, leaving me out of the equation, I'm wondering what you do to lift your spirits and when you go home after a long day, what do you do to cope, do you manage to cook your dinner or does someone else do it for you.
I guess I would have to find management skills which did not leave me so exposed and vulnerable to the pressures of the unexpected.
But YOU must have things that go wrong in your life, so how do you cope when they do and how does it make you feel?

Make sure that if you're frustrated etc not to take out that frustration on innocent bystanders (ie the ones who were redirected to you by mistake).
Now if I was getting too frustrated in a particular day I would take a break (or on the next break) go outside for a little walk and a stretch.
Upon getting home I would cook an easy meal (say a stir fry) then havea nice bath with some essential oils (Rose, Ylang Ylang and Rosewood are a nice Anti Depressant cheer up combination).
Then I'd conk out in bed.

I love the idea of the essential oils but on that day I couldn't even get my dinner, just had something heated up later, it must be so much more difficult with a baby in the house.
Thank you for your lovely long reply.
